The Global Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WaSH) Faculty Cluster and Engineers Without Borders, NC State Chapter present Dr. Earthea Nance on Innovation, Participation, and Discourse in Brazil’s Sanitation Sector. Dr. Nance is an Associate Professor ant Texas Souther University and author of Engineers and Communities: Transforming Sanitation in Contemporary Brazil (2012).
